Todd Ratliff - President

During his thirty five years in the construction and Real Estate industry, Todd has been involved in all phases of the industry, from design/build to site renovation. he has founded and run three companies during that time, all involved within various aspects of the design remodeling, asset preservation and the construction management trade.

Todd holds a degree in industrial design and construction technology from Florida International University. He is also a State of Florida certified CPO and holds a current real estate licence.
